W/O Restrictions

Postby Jared G. Chaumont » Fri May 06, 2005 7:57 pm

I have installed the version of TS/PP-5.0 onto my computer. It is the most updated version we have. I am only able to use the evaluation mode of the software.

I have used "Licensed To:" and "License Number:" provided by the LA DOTD.

My supervisor has a full license w/o restrictions installed on his computer.

Is the license good for only one terminal?

Can I operate the software w/o restrictions? If so, how?

Hi, Jared.

The license you have should be sufficient to run without restrictions, but make sure it's for the version you've installed. The license number begins TSx0... (TS40, TS50, or TS60). The number indicates which version it's for. So if your license number starts TS40, you'll need to install ver. 4.0, and if your license number starts TS60, you'll need to install ver. 6.0.

LA DOTD has a number of license scattered throughout the state. Most of them are for ver. 6.0, but some are for 5.0 and some 4.0, so right now I can't be certain which version your license is for.

If that doesn't solve the problem, let me know.

The license is good for more than one terminal, but only for one simultaneous use.

Regards.
